性状：白色粉末，易溶于水，不溶于醇，相对密度2.45g/cm³,熔点890℃,水溶液呈弱碱性，在空气中易潮解，水溶液在70℃下较稳定，煮沸则水解成磷酸氢二钠。

Property：White powder, easily soluble in water but insoluble in ethanol; Density at 2.45g/cm³ and melting point at 890℃; Deliquescent in the open air. The water solution shows weak alkalinity and stable at 70℃, but will be hydrolyzed into disodium phosphate when boiled.

用途：在工业中用于洗涤助剂，造纸漂白，电镀工业；在食品中用作缓冲剂，乳化剂，营养剂和品质改良剂等。

Uses: Applied in industry as detergent auxiliary , paper production to bleach and electroplating. In food, it is mainly used as buffering agent, emulsification agent, and nutrition ingredients , and quality improver, etc.
